Chainmaille Kits
We have put together a selection of chainmaille kits for those of you who need a little more guidance in how to make these weaves. All of our available kits are for beginners. They offer everything you need to make a stunning chainmaille bracelet, namely;
• Full colour, step by step instructions
• Enough sterling silver rings to make an 8.5 inch bracelet
• Sterling Silver toggle clasp
• Pick and coloured ring to help keep you on the right track when making your bracelet
The kits we currently offer are;
The Barrel

The Barrel weave is part of the Hybrid family and although looks complicated, it is an excellent weave for a beginner. It’s a pretty and feminine bracelet which looks quite delicate on the wrist.
The Byzantine

The Byzantine is also known by other names, such as Birdcage, Fool’s Dilemma, Idiot’s Box, to name but a few. Regardless of the name it is a very popular weave, with lots of intricate detail, it’s a slightly thicker bracelet than the Barrel, but extremely pretty and you’re sure to get lots of admiring glances when you wear it.
The European 4-in-1

The European 4-in-1 has been around for centuries and was originally used for making armour. Nowadays, it’s a very simple but gorgeous weave which lends itself to making lovely bracelets. With this weave you can make a chain as long and as wide as you like – your only restrictions are your patience and the amount of rings that you have!
The Enigma

The Enigma is a beautiful weave, also known as Bees to Butterflies, which can be used for a lovely bracelet, a gorgeous choker style necklace or even the band for a wrist watch. It’s chunky and funky and one of our favourites! This bracelet will always attract attention and compliments.
If you have already enjoyed making one of our bracelets and just need the rings and toggle clasp to make another, we also offer Refill Kits for all the styles above. Please note -the refill kits come without the notes, pick and coloured rings.
